WHO ARE WE?
We are a Christian Satellite Television Broadcast network that provides quality programming all day. Founded in December 2018, Shalom Broadcasting Network began as a mission to “build a Christian television network that would propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world” by providing Christ-centered family entertainment.
Shalom Broadcasting Network (SBN), operationalized by the Ghana Baptist Convention, is serviced by the New Skies Satellites B.V. (doing business as SES). We operate on the KU-band with a standard definition (SD) 1.8GHz signal quality.
SBN currently broadcasts in twenty-seven (27) countries across the West and Central African regions, as well as some parts of East Africa.
OUR OBJECTIVE
The objective for the setup of Shalom Broadcasting Network is:
• Evangelism (Matt. 28v18-20)
• Enriching the lives of the saved
• Providing sound, entertaining Christian content and doctrine that uplifts and transforms the lives of all who interact with the station.
